The convenience of its location right near the airport was the initial draw, however, it was the superior service and amenities that truly impressed me. Their prompt check-in and check-out process was seamless, further elevating the efficiency of my transit. The room was well-designed and maintained, providing comfort and tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of my travel. The bed was comfortable, and the quiet environment ensured a much-needed good night's sleep. Room amenities were thoughtfully chosen, catering to everything a transit passenger might need. As a frequent traveler for work trip in Indonesia, I have stayed in this hotel for 5+ times and I could say that this is the best airport hotel I have ever been. 15 minutes away from the airport and free shuttles! Clean rooms, good breakfast, seamless check in & check out. I was hoping if the hotel could provide the half day package for some of us who have been taking red eye flights instead of having to take a normal whole day hotel room or at least earlier breakfast time. Definitely keep coming back here.

Location to the airport is great. Room was clean and tidy. Gym (3 items only) and the restaurant were the let downs for me. The food certainly wasn't worth the money. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I stayed in a deluxe room with my wife. We chose the deluxe room because that's the only room that has a bath tub. Unfortunately the bath tub water is dirty and not hot enough. And there's no convenience store near this hotel, you must walk about 1 or 2km just to find some "warung rokok". There's a dark dead business center near the hotel, so the view is kinda creepy. And the small refrigerator is not cold at all.
