Hotel room was nice, great value for its price. Staff was very accommodating, too. Ngl, one of the reasons I booked this was because of the airport hub but a lot of shops closed down (due to the pandemic) and remained closed. Only a select few were open (mini marts, KFC, Starbucks, were among the few). They also provide hourly trips to and from the airport, which is great!

Great services from all staff. They made me feel like a family is looking after me. Reception was excellent Andi at breakfast very attentive. Helpful with storage of my food that needed freezer storage. Literally icing on the cake was when I walked in the room upon check-in and the mirror was decorated with birthday wishes and a piece of cake and message on the desk. Thank you Ms. Diar & Mei. After a long day and flight from Australia it was a welcome comfort and relief. Ps. They even turned on all the lights and air-conditioning was on full blast🥰👍♥️

Stay here for 1night before my flight. Room is nice, wifi is good, food also good. I manage to enjoy the food before i left to the airport. Ms Dian was so nice to talk and ensuring that my stay is comfortable. Next time will be back for sure.
