We reserven by booking.com, so didn’t have problem with that. But the room was smaller than I imagine and there is always an annoying noise that is more noticeable at night, so, if you are a light sleeper maybe is not the best option. There is no good relation quality-price at all. If you can pay an airbnb cult be better.

Extremely disapointed by their service. Check in until 8 pm and it is a hidden fact. I arrived after 8 pm and the place was closed and no one to talk to. I was left with my luggage outside on the street without any solution after a log exhausting day, after I paid in full. In addition they canceled my reservation so I would not leave them a bad feedback. Had to find another place to stay, which cost me double .

Canceled our booking 2 days before arrival. We booked our stay 3 months in advance. Booking support told us the issue is overbooking, the property didn’t even contact us to inform us about the cancellation and when I reached out to them they told me they have flooding in 2 rooms. From the reviews that I saw this is not the first time they have done this. I strongly recommend not to book your stay here so you don’t have the experience this. They probably sold our room for more money to someone else. Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. Update: the owner reached out to me via phone, lied to me multiple times, didn’t send any photos of the “damage” of the property, when I was in Rome I asked her to go and see them myself and she kept making excuses. I even have screenshots of the conversation. Avoid this place at all costs!!

It was a disaster: they tried to charge us in cash for every hour of delay caused by the airline. So our €80 booking turned upon arrival at 11:00pm into €130 claim. We prefered to wait outside before manager comes. And at the time they did nothing but just tried to charge my credit card. They refused to provide company information for claim settlement. We stayed overnight at the other place. Avoid!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, 5min from the metro station "Spagna" and also the Spanish Steps. The rooms are very clean and have nice bathrooms. Towels, hairdryer, coffee maker (coffee included), water kettle (teabags included) and mineral water (included) is provided. Air condition works perfectly as well. There is also a small common kitchen which provides all necessary applicances and tools. Claudia, the host, was such a nice person! We will definitely come and visit again...
