My partner and I recently stayed here on our holiday in Roma. We arrived super early in the morning (9am) and were exhausted from our travels from Venice. Fabiola was amazing and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready for us, allowing us to shower and have a quick lay down. The hotel is ideally located and was comfortable. The staff were super polite and helpful with any questions we had. The free lollies on offer were definitely a challenge for my partner to avoid. Absolutely recommend staying here!

UNSAFE! The key to the room opened all my neighbours doors and vice versa, all the neighbours could open our door. The key is so basic, just as you would have to lock your bedroom door at home. Completely unsafe and the owner did nothing to help us. Staff tried to deny the fact at first but could not deny the fact when we and the neighbours opened each others doors. On top of this the safe in the room is not mounted to the wall so there is not even a point to it. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. I have never seen anything like this in my life and could not even imagine something this stupid. Also seems like they have changed the name of the place, wonder why? Scam

We spent three days at Voluta. It is in the heart of rome and close to many famous landmarks. The rooms are generous in size and the staff - especially Guilia - were so great in accommodating our needs and proving tips on where to find some true hidden gems for places to eat the true Italian cuisine, rather than the tourist places that aren't so great. We will definitely come to stay again.

They cancelled my booking without any reason and without a warning through whatsapp. Fabiola was the one who texted me. Their reason was that my card was "not valid". When I asked them politely if they can hold the reservation so I can rebook my booking, they told me no. They were very rude and disrespectful and blocked me afterwards. PLEASE DON'T BOOK HERE, they are rude through whatsapp, imagine how the staff will treat you real life.
