Comfortable stay with a great staff; however, if you anticipate arriving late, DO NOT CHOSE this hotel. Unfortunately, their reception closes early, leading me to arrange accommodations elsewhere upon my late arrival. Spent 100 euros on another hotel even though I had a reservation for Locanda but they were closed.

We stayed at room 106 for 5 nights. The room was very small, there wasn’t even enough space for our luggages. The room was clean, but there were some footprints on the wall on the ceiling..! The only offered a bar soap and a shampoo-body wash bottle on the bathroom. There cleaning service that costs plus 10€ if you want new bed linen , towels etc Staff was friendly and they did speak English. The worst things ever was the bed, it was flat and not comfortable at all and there was no sound insulation at all so we could hear every dialogue from the receptionist and the guests from the hallway. The location was perfect!

Lets take it from the start. Location was not easy to found, there is no clear sign outside the pension. You have to check the ringbells to see the name of the pension. Once inside, you have to go to the first floor to find the reception being hidden inside. There are no signs indicating where it is. We did 30-40 minutes searching. The receptionist was polite and able to give information. Once inside the room, first thing we notice was that instead of a double bed as we ordered there were two single beds connected to each other which makes sleeping as a couple a bit uncomfortable. Room service and cleaning was purely satisfying, Room was clean but there were parts where we found spider webs. In general though we were left fully satisfied. Bathroom was clean and the water was hot 24/7. All in all, it was a great location to stay because from there you can reach by foot all the key touristic locations in Rome. Also, the Metro station is right next to the accommodation.
