This establishment in Spain would be called a guest house or pension at most. It is a place without a reception, without access for the disabled, with a black and white movie elevator, with a tiny sign on the door that is propped up and that says that they include breakfast, but you have to do it yourself the room, in a plastic cup. And all for 100 euros a night. It is literally a scam, well sold by the owner of the business who has posted photos of a room that is never yours.
