Clean and well presented hotel in great location. Very accommodating and helpful staff from check in to check out plus our 10 nights in between. Adequate amenities provided on a daily basis.

I had a great stay at this hotel! While the rooms are compact, the prime location next to Higashi Shinjuku metro was incredibly convenient. Being within walking distance to fantastic bars and restaurants added to the overall positive experience. Friendly staff and a bustling neighborhood make it a great choice for those who prioritize location and exploration.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Shinjuku for 9 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to cafes, bars, restaurants, a convenient store, and the train station. Despite the compact rooms and occasional noise from the vibrant Shinjuku nightlife, our stay was perfect. The staff provided exceptional service, being super nice and friendly. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even during evening video calls, and our room was organised neatly. Overall, I wouldn't change a thing about our stay at this hotel.

It was the worse hotel I ever came across in Tokyo. There are stains and cheap repairs everywhere, carpet, elevator, washroom, drawers, etc. The ventilation system allow you to choose only heat and fan 😅 and I was provided with a smoking room (which I don’t smoke). The room stinks and I can smell it from my sleep. Imagine you have to stay in a room that stink and hot without ventilation while it has stains and cheap repairs everywhere but still charge you about 100 USD with tax per night? Strongly not recommend for people who love hygiene and non-smoker but for those who smoke so you don’t have to purchase cigarettes during your stay coz the air fill with nicotine😂.
