This is a wonderful, little hotel. Wish I had booked it for both of our stays in Geneva. It is close to the lake, walking distance to many attractions and the train and bus stations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious with wonderful croissants, bread, cheese, meats, fruit and yogurt. The room was very comfortable and it was affordable for Geneva.

The staff and the hotel are superb. The rooms are clean and modern but it’s the service that really stands out. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were always happy to help. I cannot speak too highly of this hotel.

Great hotel location in Geneva, very near the bus station (Gare Routière) with buses towards the alps during ski season. Concierge and service was really nice and helpful. Price (I booked via Agoda) was decent especially for Geneva. The breakfast had crepes, pancakes, fresh bread, fruits and cereal, with an optional additional cost for a cooked meal (such as eggs).

We had dinner at the Jardin d'hiver. How disappointing. Never experienced such a bad service. Service was slow, not attentive, absent and rude. They brought us the fondues without the bread and then the waiter disappeared. We were not told that the kitchen closes before 21.30 although we had a 20.45 reservation. So we could not order desserts.... Avoid this restaurant, there are many other alternatives with a friendlier service,a better quality and cheaper.
