There is no room service in a four-star hotel. in addition to room service, I opened the teapot that was in the room, it smelled strongly and there was a terrible brown scale (photo attached). At the my request to replace the kettle at 11 a.m., I was promised that they would bring a new one. Unfortunately, it was not brought within an hour. from then on I called every hour and said that I was still waiting for the kettle. Since I got sick, I had a high temperature, my whole body and head hurt terribly. I explained on the phone that I need to take medicine, I need hot water and I can't do it without a kettle. After my third call, the receptionist just stopped picking up the phone. I called three times and no one answered me. My colleague then dialed them from another number which they answered and after 20 minutes they finally brought the kettle. In total, I waited for it for 4 hours. For a hotel of this level, this is an unacceptable attitude towards guests. It is even more disgusting when they simply stop picking up the phone and answering. Even in the rooms, the soundproofing is terrible, you can hear almost everything. There is no air conditioning control system, it is impossible to make the temperature of the room warmer. I strongly advise the hotel to reconsider its attitude towards guests, as well as attitude towards requests. and also during the preparation of the room for new guests, check whether everything is working and in proper condition. I do not recommend this hotel, due to the fact that if some unpleasant situation happens to you, it is impossible to wait for even elementary help and a response to a request.

Well what can I say but avoid at all costs! Booked a superior room but payment was taken twice in error 18th, I wasn’t concerned till 5 days went by & no refund. When I called The hotel morning 23rd a man confirmed he can see the over payment showing on the booking reference to which he said he would look into this & I requested a call back or email by the end of the day but that did not happen. We arrived at the hotel 25th & I had to bring this up as no acknowledgement by the person who checked us in, she said it will be refund. No apology or gesture made due to the inconvenience and everything I noticed about. I then called this evening 30th but I was firstly hung up on, called back right away but after a long hold & getting through to the same lady, I was interrupted when I tried to explain briefly the scenario above & when I tried to provide my name or booking reference to help, I was told this does not exist & I had to send an email, DESPITE me not being given the opportunity to say the full booking reference or my surname. Overall the hotel ruined my experience in Geneva due to their unfriendliness & I would reconsider visiting again due to fear other hotels are similar. On the room, no kettle/coffee making facilities. Room was a sauna despite turning off the radiator and could not open the window due to how loud the music was downstairs. Positive was the USB port in the bed side tables.

Stayed at this hotel initially for work but returned on vacation. Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms. There is a lively bar in the lobby but we heard no noise from the 4th floor. Jaleel at reception was amazing, the service from the staff exceptional on the whole. Would highly recommend

I booked at this hotel because I saw that they had recent renovation done and their great location. Upon reaching the hotel I was very well greeted but I was asked to pay the whole stay in advance, which is unusual because they had my credit card details anyway. I paid then I was taken to the first floor to one of the tiniest hotel rooms I have been to, but it seemed clean and tidy, however, it turned out the renovations are not done yet and the floor still had a mess. After a couple of hours I felt quite warm, and it seemed that the AC vent was not blowing air, so I went down to reception and I was told the AC is not working on the 1st floor, only on the higher floor! They apologized profusely and offered me that breakfast is free next morning, knowing that my breakfast was part of the package already. Next day, I woke up wanting to take a shower, only to find out there is no hot water in the tap. I called and they said they will fix it during the day. I went on my business and came back at the end of the day wanting to take a well deserved shower, only to discover there is no hot water still! I went down again, and they sent someone who fixed it. On the 3rd day I checked out and expressed my discontent for the stay, which was quite hefty for what the hotel is. Apart from apologizing profusely, nothing was done and the free breakfasts they promised were not refunded. I would avoid staying there for future trips.

Lovely hotel. Was accidentally given the wrong room at check in (given someone's room who had the same surname) but this was quickly rectified when confirming with the reception staff. Remember to ask for your free travel pass when checking in! Breakfast was AMAZING. Chicken wings for breakfast..... Great idea!!!! Luxury room was huge, power sockets and USB points by the bed and by the TV, so no need to bring a power adapter if you don't want to buy one. Can hook up your devices to the TV wirelessly or with a HDMI cable - superb and very easy to use. Great location right by the bus stops near the lake and Jardin Anglais / flower clock. Would stay again if in Geneva.
