Amazing hotel stay in a fairytale town. The hotel staff was excellent in all their guidance and interactions. We had opted for the breakfast buffet and it was absolutely excellent. They had a huge variety of options to choose from and also you could have eggs to order and porridge. They had fresh fruit juices and free tea, coffee and cake between 3-5 pm in the afternoon. The rooms were quite spacious and I suggest you take a room at the higher floor to get a clear view of the Eiger peak from your balcony. The room had a wooden finish and that was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. Very close to the Grindelwald banhof station. We also ate at the Barry’s restaurant on the 1st floor and the food there was amazing. We also got free juice bottles on the day of our departure. Extremely happy with our stay and we thank all the staff of Eiger Mountain and Soul resort for making our stay so memorable.

Brilliant stay!! Management and staff were superb and really made our stay very welcoming and recommended what to do in the nearby Grindelwald area. They also did not hesitate to help us with our needs when asked. The rooms are very comfortable and everything was modern and clean. Breakfast was really good and they also make fresh eggs the way you like it! Sadly we did not manage to use the spa facilities as our stay was short but we would not hesitate to book again if we visit Switzerland! Also the scenery is absolutely amazing!

If I could give them the score of 100 i would have. It was the best hotel i have ever stayed. People who run it are absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much for them. Always smiling and happy to help. When I first entered the hotel i felt that home feeling-its cosy, warm, super clean and u greeted like u r their relative they haven’t seen for a while😊 just honestly amazing. Great big room with the minibar, coffee machine and pretty much everything u need. Well I simply loved staying there and wish I could stay longer. It’s truly a home away from home

Grindelwald is the fairytale town and this resort resonates that from every angle. We had an amazing room with a balcony that overlooks the snow covered Alps. The view was absolutely breathtaking from our fourth floor room with the mountains seemed absolutely in front of us. There was complimentary mini bar with chocolates, chips, coffee machine and electric kettle in our room. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which had an huge array to choose from. You can have eggs to order, porridge, fresh fruits, freshly squeezed fruit juice, tea, coffee wide array of cheese, cold cuts, breads, pies, yogurts, dry fruits, roasted seeds. The afternoon tea spread was also complimentary with tea, coffee, cakes, juices. We had amazing dinners at first floor restaurant, Barry’s. All the staffs were very helpful and courteous they even gave us fresh juice bottles on our departure day. Thanks to Eiger Mountain & Soul Resort for making our trip memorable!
