A beautiful hotel with great service and amenities. It’s in a great location for any season if you enjoy the mountain more than the crowd of a resort. The spa provides a great relaxing atmosphere, while the restaurant quality is great and the service lovely. My son loved the mezzanine and the room was great for all. Really a perfect stay 👍

We had a lovely two room apartment. Living with dining table and seating area. One bathroom with bath and the other room is equipped with a douche. Sauna and pool. Ski in and out was not open when we were there. Outside parking is safe and plenty of room. Restaurants and bar are great. Cocktail and wine menu are very nice. When we were there the restaurant had a daily menu of 85 Swiss francs. No cooking allowed in the apartment

This gem was located walking distance from our accommodation and we experienced both the Spa and Restaurant. The Spa was super clean and luxurious, with an outdoor heated whirlpool overlooking the mountains, bathrobe, slippers, tea and healthy snacks provided. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, with generous portions served from a seasonal menu - the venison was cooked to perfection. Service was fantastic and the waiter went out of his way to take care of us. To top it off the surroundings were stunning. Will definitely return!

Loved our stay at this absolute gem with stunning views and such a beautiful location in Grindelwald. We decided to stop over for one night during our road trip around Switzerland but ended up returning the next day for a second night. The food is exceptional (huge bonus that they cater for halal) and definitely one of the best breakfast and dinners of the trip. All the staff are wonderful and a special thank you to Susanne who looked after us. We will definitely be back with the family!

We booked a suite for one night for a weekend away for us and our two grown kids, which was anything but cheap, and were told rather rudely upon arrival by owner that they couldn’t accommodate us in the restaurant as they had given the tables away to non hotel guests. This didn’t make us feel welcome at all, can’t remember last time, we stayed in a hotel that had no table for us for dinner. But it was the tone and manner she delivered the message to us in that made us feel unwelcome upon arrival. Nice place, but wecan only remember that interaction and how she made us feel and for the price we paid, we would have expected a friendlier welcome
