The most overpriced room I have ever stayed in. I travel often and these low budget rooms were definitely not $400+ a night quality. Terrible beds, you either look at a rooftop full of a/c units or face the noisy street listening to the loud music at their dualing piano bar all night. We could hear everything in the hallway. The shower wasn’t clean. The first couple nights we did not have a King size bed although that is what my reservation said I had. The a/c was terrible we were either roasting or freezing. After expressing my disappointment in the first room they gave us the “Executive Suite” which is a room with a living room. Unfortunately that was the room over the very loud bar and facing the street so not much sleep was had. I would not stay here again and would advise to stay elsewhere. I am a big fan of Marriott hotels but this did not live up to their other chains. Felt like a cheap motel once you were in the room. The lobby is nice, they serve a typical hotel breakfast, and the staff was cordial. Went to Maine and stayed at a Courtyard for half the price and felt like a luxury hotel with stellar service. Sorry Element this was a big let down.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast surpassed all expectations, it a was amazing. The staff a was helpful warm & friendly. The amenities were very good & made the hotel the best value imaginable. I especially liked the massage chair, the lettuce farms, free bike rental, the library, and the pool and exercise rooms were good. The location was convenient to the waterfront. I particularly want to mention that front desk Ernst was very warm & professional, Turkish manager Elif was very hospitable and kind, other manager James very friendly and welcoming, and the ginger guy who worked late on christmas eve was nice & pleasant to talk to. The people and the amenities really made a difference in our stay. For reference, I used to be General Manager of a hotel, plus I’ve worked in various capacity at several other hotels, AND traveled extensively over the years, staying at hundreds of hotels, so I have quite a basis for comparison: I can confidently say that - weighing the amenities for price paid, it was the best value of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If I was forced to come up with a complaint to prove this is bona fide feedback from a guest, I’d say maybe the elevator doors could stand to be oiled because they were a little loud opening and closing, but that didn’t affect my overall high opinion of the hotel.

Suites are great for longer stays and now include a filtered water faucet. Breakfast is included. The facility also has bicycles for day time use, indoor pool, 24/7 fitness, fruit infused water and coffee and hot chocolate machine.

Best hotel ever. Stayed here for only one night due to flight being cancelled last minute, front desk employees were extremely accommodating and upgraded us to a suite due to them being out of regular rooms. Breakfast is phenomenal. Bathrooms are clean, beds are clean, rooms have a filtered faucet for drinking water. Suites have a full kitchen. They held our luggage for us past checkout because we had a late flight home. Amazing experience and next time I’m in Boston I will be coming here for my entire stay!
