The hotel has been renovated. The rooms are clean and odor free. The linens are new and the Dove toiletries were nice. I had the $14.buffet breakfast which had a good selection of food. The attendent was friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking to the Falls and attractions. I would stay here again.

For what it's worth it was a decent place to stay at. To be fair we weren't in the hotel much as most of our time was spent out around the attractions. Cleanliness was amazing staff were nice when dealing with them.

Very very very clean and big rooms! Clean bathrooms. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner from Dove available in the shower on the wall. towels, hair dryer and more in the bathroom. I really liked my room. We had 2 big beds and a baby crib included in the price. A tv, a sofa, fridge, microwave, and a small living room separated from the beds by a small wall! It also has a small room where to hang your Clothes, and an iron . The breakfast was not included in the price. It’s a buffet. Not very fancy tho. Average breakfast

It's clean and comfortable. The service was satisfactory and friendly. The bathroom was super clean. The pool was satisfactory. Parking was an extra charge but very reasonably priced compared to public lots and metered parking and it was also really convenient. We could hear the loud music from surrounding businesses when the air conditioning was off, but turning it back on drowned out the noise. I would recommend it to a family looking for a place to stay that's close to Clifton Hill activities and the falls.

Great budget friendly hotel. Suite rooms are very generously sized. Jacuzzi tubs very large. Service was great. Parking available on site for $17/night. Rooms are slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Only real complaint is the location the hotel is situated. Rough area of Niagara Falls immediately surrounds the hotel. Easy walking to distance to Clifton Hills & Niagara Casino.
