Radisson hotel Agra is best. The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. Very good and polite front office staff. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Hotel rooftop is very beautiful with a Taj view . The Radisson hotel agra offers various facilities such as a fitness centre, swimming pool, spa, and multiple restaurant serving delicious cuisines that contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The hotel makes a point of catering to the guests and succeeds with exceptional service. The room was so comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. There is so much range of food, and the chefs would be more than happy to make something at request for you. The staff greet you as you walk around and everything was very positive!

The hotel itself it's good but it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. They charge us on the checkout for the cookies &snakes which was on our rooms without a note for the prices, so it felt quite redicolus. I don't think it's worth your money.....

Definitely not a 5 star service. I was highly disappointed. The hospitality and services are really bad. Only good thing was morning breakfast at oasis. Rooms are decent with literally no good view around. Also, the AC wasn’t working properly. When we complained about it, we were shifted to a lower category room. In the evening we went for snacks at their roof-top lounge and waited for 15 minutes. Nobody bothered to attend us and we had to literally get the menu ourselves. Despite asking them to take the order, again no one showed up for 10-15 minutes. Is this the service one can expect from a 5 star hotel?? Definitely not recommended. Look for better alternatives nearby.
