The services were very good, the people extremely caring. The location is right in the center of Istanbul, a 5-minute walk from the grand bazaar, the rooms are spacious and bright, the breakfast is very good. Also, the people at the hotel were extremely responsive and attentive and even helped me with the delivery to a courier company of a bag that I forgot in the luggage space at the hotel. When I come back to Istanbul, surely I will come back at Endican. Thank you very much for your service!

The young waiter has no sense of hospitality. You can't even eat your dinner at the restaurant and he asked you to clean the table. The coffee machine is broken on New Year and never got repaired. We didn't have a mirror in the bathroom for some days. Bad experience except for nice breakfast.

This hotel has its ups and downs. A definite down would be the breakfast. Nothing was fresh (some things had even gone bad, as you can see in the pictures), hard bread and croissants (from the day before or even two days prior) - overall, unacceptable for a hotel breakfast. Another down would be the fact that the rooms look nothing like the pictures on the website. The rooms (and the bathroom) are tiny, incredibly small and lack basic amenities like a place to hang your clothes. We booked a double room and they gave us a triple room which meant that things were even more crowded. They did not change it even after we contacted Reception. The ups would be the location and the fact that they allowed us to check-in earlier.
