Staff members very friendly and service is good. Hotel is very clean and Room cleaning staff members are also very helpful and friendly, and they have very good five star complimentary breakfast so many options and rooftop restaurant Manu food is also good and restaurants staff members are very friendly service. Hotel had very good security system . There's a very good restaurant near by walking distance and also a general convenience store near by walking distance. The only thing is staff members doesn't speak English language hard to communication. Hardly Requesting please keep the English spoken staff so guests can communicate. All over everything is very good. I hardly recommend this five star hotel .

The crowded area and services around the hotel are available for everything you need as a visitor, but when we entered the hotel we smelled a strange smell indicating that it had not been renewed for a long time. However, you have to pay a security deposit. The hotel law is strict, as you cannot buy food and drink and bring them into your room. This is how the hotel law is. If you buy your needs from the hotel, it will cost you huge sums of money. The breakfast buffet is less than normal. We received the room and indicated to the reception that the air extractor in the bathroom was not working and he stated that he would send maintenance immediately, but this did not happen. We stayed for one day and had to change the hotel due to the lack of a sense of cleanliness. Completely, this is why this place is said to be 5 stars, but we did not see that. I do not recommend it at all

I just want to start by saying that this place is definitely not for american. They have all the means to ripe you off. Now i know why they have 4.3 stars on google they just push people to give them 5 stars reviews when you’re enjoying your breakfast. They have one dedicated person who job is go to each table take there phone and push to them to give 5 star reviews. They did same for me but I deleted and wanted to write a genuine review about property. They have decent rooms but if you keep bathroom door open there is weird smell of sewer coming out. They have one specific charge of $10.00 for every add you need a converter it’s $10.00 you messed up one towel it’s $10.00 they find all the ways to just ripe you off. My hair transplant clinic arrange this hotel so i have to stay but if i am visiting istanbul next time this is not place to go. Worst experience as tourist.
