Large clean fully equipped room for a very fair price. Secure, safe, close to transit. I would stay here again.

Check-in time 10/14-10/17 I was not sure where the problem occurred when I booked the room through booking. The order number and gate password attached to the confirmation email sent to me were wrong, so I was stuck outside the gate for about an hour. Since it was a self-occupied check-in, I had to look for it. There is no one to help. The only ways to contact us outside the door are by phone and email. However, because the sim card used does not support making calls, we use email and booking customer service messages, and the response speed is very slow. I am in danger of encountering the room service staff. Only by contacting them can the solution be resolved quickly. However, overall the room is great and the service attitude is good. It is close to public transportation. However, the customer service response speed is slow and the wrong password is exaggerated.

A bit far from Osaka subway The environment near the hotel is very dirty and the public security is poor You can see people smoking, taking drugs, and drinking alcohol So there are police patrolling The apartment lobby is also very dirty and there is only one elevator. The room is not well soundproofed and you can hear the train all the time The advantage is that clothes drying equipment is provided.
