Excellent Hotel. Relatively good value for money.Comfortable, spatious and really well decorated bedroom with a powerful shower & neat bathroom. High quality fixtures and fittings. I choose the location as it's level walking distance and only 25 minutes from Plaza de España and all other major sights like the Cathedral, Santa Cruz neighbourhood, Old Town etc.as well as the Triana area. Service in Reception was fine. The adjoining car park with dedicated first floor for customers of Hotel was excellent & secure. There's also direct lift access to this near Reception. The buffet breakfast was good,what needs improving is for staff to be more available & responsive to clients needs. I had to wait a while to get attention and request gluten free bread and it was slow to arrive at the table after I'd finished my breakfast.

The hotel is superb. The location is close to the city center (5-7 minutes walking). Own parking with a good wide entrance and big parking spaces. Modern rooms. Good breakfast. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Only one small remark - is to offer different pillows at least by request. The current pillows were a bit tough for us.

Just a short walk to city center with lots of restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Clean room, great lobby with free water. The first room we got did not have a safe in it but we were quickly changed into a room with a safe, which is not bolted with the shelf.

When we arrived at the location of the hotel we couldn't find the entrance as the main road was being resurfaced so kept coming across road closed signs. We were told on arrival that we had an upgraded room but the bathroom had no bidet and there are no tea/coffee making facilities, and no sockets near the bed. It cost us €325 for two nights and It wasn't worth that, very disappointed. We stayed in the same chains Córdoba hotel (Azahar) the night before which was much nicer and nearer to the centre.
