The apartments are super nice and great designed. They are very thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need during a stay - coffee tabs, dishwasher tabs & soap, pepper, salt, oil. Really outstanding. Its also super clean. The location is great to explore the city. However, the isolation in the bed room is so bad that I was not able to sleep well as cars are racing through the street every 5 secs. I addressed this to their customer service, but they didn't take it very serious.

It has taken me months to want to relive this experience to write a review. Long story short, we attempted to stay back in July. The place is INFESTED with ants. Not only did the rooms disappoint in terms of how they looked in the images (layouts were different) - the first room we were given had ants EVERYWHERE. It was in the kitchen, in the bedroom, made a colony in the bathroom and IN and ON the bed. It was a nightmare. Terrible, horrible experience. Problem is we arrived very late. Trying to sort this out with numa over WhatsApp at 1am in the morning while being surrounded by creepy crawlies. They then allowed us to check into another room on a different floor. Same problem, different floor, different room. There’s ants everywhere. It was traumatising. I’m surprised by the other reviews on here being so positive, because I honestly wouldn’t have stayed there if you paid me. There’s a clear issue that was being ignored. The only positive I will give them is giving us a refund and even that is a bare minimum - it took fighting with Hotels for an hour on the street going back and forth with Hotels and Numa to even get that refund. While we had no place to stay. In the cold. At 1/2am in the morning. We were unable to check into any hotel that night. Every room was booked out, no help from anyone. Awful experience. I hope I can help someone else out by saying to just avoid. I could add videos to this post but I personally don’t want to relive the experience. Can’t imagine what it must have been like for people to willingly sleep with ants. Big yikes

I travel a lot to Spain on business and to visit family and friends. I always try to stay in one of the numa´s buildings. The check in is very convenient, you can do it on the plane or the train, when you arrive, you don't have to wait for the reception... They attend to any request very quickly by WhatsApp or phone.

We booked a 2-bedroom, prepaid, well in advance. On the way to Seville (on the day of check-in), we get an email saying that we would have to stay the first night in a 1-bedroom, then check out of that room at 11:00, and check into the 2-bedroom at 15:00 on the second day. We were offered a discount on the affected night. We had to find another hotel last-minute, because we could not stay with only 1 bed (that's why we booked 2). The only good thing about the experience was their cancellation policy, which let me cancel for a full refund. We will absolutely never do business with numa after this.

Great experience at Solea Apartments. I booked an Airbnb last minute and it was a nice surprise. The building is decorated contemporary with traditional Andalusian touches. Our apartment was 002 and it was a large and beautiful 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. New white large kitchen as well. So many small details that make your stay absolutely fabulous. Nespresso coffee machine with capsules (I wish they had decaf as I can’t have regular coffee), cute tea pot, two large waters, chips… and free. Everything was so clean. Their bathrooms were perfect and their soap smelt so so good. To access, everything is keyless. The front door and the access to your room. Be aware that there are not many windows and that they are facing an interior patio, not the street. It wasn’t a problem for us. Much more quiet than if it was facing to the street. Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like was that after booking the Airbnb I had to sign up on their website to do a registration online and the fact that the key pad to access the building had the same PIN code that the one to access our apartment. It didn’t feel completely safe and I highly suggest for this to change in the future. They use a bot for all communications and in our case it was mostly effective. When I asked for parking, it recommended APK2 Arjona which is almost a kilometer away when they closest parking to the apartment is APK2 Magdalena. Located in a great area with many dining options and you can walk everywhere! I would definitely come back!
