Clean rooms, rather spacious and considering the location, overall good value for money. No coffee/ tea making facilities in the room either. The minibar is decent and it’s all on payment but it’s a good idea. The bathroom has all necessary toiletries. And the smell around inside the hotel is deceiving.

Good hotel, nice rooms. But every interaction with staff was horrible. From check in to breakfast to check out. Nobody was nice or attentive. Even the manager walks off when taking to. Breakfast attended saying that we need to pay even though we did not not once but twice with 3 different rooms. 30 euro a night dog charge seems like a lot. Dogs not allowed to stay alone. Car park seems a little to small

Very comfortable beds and large bathroom, good central location - short walk to casco viejo and Guggenheim. Parking was full when we got there, went to parking Plaza Indautxu, 20eur, short walk. No kettle or coffee/tea in room. Overall felt expensive for what it was. Didn't get breakfast as there are plenty of options around.

Clean rooms, rather spacious and considering the location, overall good value for money. The mattress is pretty “sensitive” so if you have a light sleep, you might feel it. Definitely worth the upgrade to a terrace room - they are small but it’s still nice to stay outside. No coffee/ tea making facilities in the room either. The minibar is decent and it’s all on payment. The bathroom has all necessary toiletries. The doors could use a bit of love as they are making lots of noise. Parking is €20 per day but around the hotel there are lots of green and blue spaces which we found more convenient.
