This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. It's the equivalent of a basic motel. It seems that most people with bad experiences here are stuck as a result of overbooked or delayed flights. The positives are that the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is really well done. Unfortunately, that's it. The location is far from anything worth seeing, and you can't walk anywhere. There's very little available around this location. There are several issues with some of the rooms - the ACs are on preset temp and fan speeds only (freezing in winter), curtains are damaged, some outlets and phones don't work, so you can't call the front desk, The hotel staff is pretty decent, but the restaurant is awful. They're pretty rude and abrupt, and make you feel like you're an inconvenience. The lunch was nearly inedible. Overall, I'd say avoid this hotel if possible.

Was forced to stay here due to Turkish Airlines making us miss our connecting flight. There was a cockroach in our bathroom. Torn linen (towels, curtains, sheets, all). I will never understand the concept of charging for glasses etc. Especially since most of us did not get a meal from Turkish Airlines. There is no air conditioning. It doesn't cool from the second you check into your room. They will say anything to make you believe that it is because of the window. I had to beg for a standing fan that someone reluctantly put at 4am. The temperature that night was 38 degrees Celsius. The staff isn't particularly warm or accomodating.

I don't recommend at all this hotel because it's too far from the city and the heat in my room didn't work at all so I was freezing. Some personnel came in my room two times to try fix the problem but they never fixed it. Also they couldn't speak English at all and I had to use the translator to explain myself. I was completely disappointed from this situation. Hopefully I stayed in this hotel only one night due to Turkish Airline making me miss my connection flight.

We are staying at this 4-star hotel because Turkish Airlines overbooked our flight and we had to wait for one night. The hotel in general smells like cigarette, and the ripped towel they gave us for two people suggests that this is not a 4-star hotel after all. The phone to call reception doesn't work, and it is stained and dirty. The ceiling is badly painted, and the AC is not working properly. (Pictures attached)
