I stayed here and was initially very pleased with the apartment that I was in until I had woken up the next morning to long scratches on my leg. It turns out that in my bedsheets there was a dirty used diabetes needle that had been left there due to poor cleaning from staff. I was in utter shock and disgust and had spoken to the manager. He offered me an extra night stay and free dessert which I declined, because that does not compensate for the fact that I could have transmitted diseases from the dirty needle found in my bedsheets. Initially, the member of staff at the reception had tried to indicate that the needle was mine or my family members, which it was not. The worst thing is that we had a child with us who could have easily been affected by this needle had he had slept in my bedroom. Absolutely appalling. The company does not even have an email address for me to be able to contact anyone about this matter.

I have visited this place two times in 2023. If first time I stayed for couple days and didn’t notice so much, in September I stayed for 5 days and it’s the WORST experience ever. 1) Room was in bad condition and very dirty. Cracked mirror, falling off ceiling of air conditioner. When I took off shoes and did a few steps in light colour socks after check in, they immediately became dirty black. Disgusting dirty with stains duvet. And no cooking utensils even though there is electric stove in the room. 2) Disgusting smell of dead fish came from air conditioner. I used to sleep with it on and almost every night I was waking up to open the window because it was not possible to stay and breathe in such nauseous smell around. 3) Rotten smell out of canalisation. When I just entered the room after check in it was disgusting smell that was not coming away for whole vacation. The same problem it was in the fist visit, but room was much bigger and it was not so big disturbing problem. 4) When training in gym, I saw destroyed equipment and cockroaches. Have a photo of one of them. It was disgusting to stay there. Didn’t see anybody ever clean the gym. 5) Was shocked with reception hospitality! Due to I came back second time in a year, I asked lovely girl during check in about any possible upgrade or bonus due to loyalty from me as a guest. Asked if possible to upgrade room if there are free ones. She said that there are some available free rooms in hotel at the moment. But I have to come back the next morning to reception again and speak with another employee, maybe he will remember me and propose to upgrade the room. To my question why smbd have to remember me if my passport saved in their system and they have all information in computer, she couldn’t answer anything but refused to give any bonus or give any upgrade, even while having free rooms. Btw, my partner I came with was in the hotel for 3rd time on a year even. It didn’t anyhow change the situation. So with huge disappointment and disgust, even though from pictures the place looks luxury, comfortable and guest friendly, I would never recommend anyone to stay there!!!
