I booked a double room for 4 nights, I don't understand why they have to change my room to a king size bed. And make me change room either after day 1 or my last second day. Why can't they be more efficient on letting the guest just stay in one more for the entire stay? I stayed a few times in this hotel. The same old guy whom like to keep asking guest to buy him supper. And the same old problem persist even after 2 years. Room 101 water pressure is worse than the toilet flush. Please do something about it. But one credit to be given. Housekeeping staff were very good. Efficient and effective.

Stone's throw away from a vibrant red light district. More of a quicky hotel with a severe bug infestation. Hygiene is a genuine concern as I had used towels sitting on the toilet bowl and found plenty of hair on the sheets and under pillows upon check-in. View of the laundry and workers living quarters of the block across the street, which eradicates the "bonus" of having a balcony. Service is almost non-existent, we complained to the night manager and asked for new sheets, only to be told he is aware of the sanitary conditions but he has no access to storage. At least they gave me my money back when I checked out ahead of schedule.

Location is good, rooms are not very tidy, but ok, male staff are smiley and kind. But! The lady receptionist never even smiled at once, always were talking on the phone with someone and always had dead look. I would not stand here again. Beds are good to sleep, though.

Hello, I've booked a room for 9 nights and I will give you the pros and cons of this hotel : Pros : None Cons : The bed is hard as rock, the room was dirty, with dust, dirty matress and sheets, walls etc, the photos of the room are not relevant as they have few years the room have ABSOLUTELY nothing to see with the reality. No one cleaned my room, no water, no coffee for 9 days. Maybe the worst hotel i ever been. I do not advise anyone to come there, it just a bad hotel.
