This hotel is not worth the price. We stayed here for a friend's wedding, and I will say the hotel is in a prime location and is really gorgeous - absolutely stunning architecture. However, the rooms had some really strange layouts and were pretty old without much renovation it seems. The real kicker though was the horrible service here... Not at all like the other luxury hotels we have stayed in in the past. The front desk is cold and aloof and won't pick up when you call them from the room, the doormen sometimes didn't even open the door for us.. I ran out of conditioner and called the front desk to see if we could get more, and they barely filled it at all and wasn't enough for my partner and I to both use the next morning. One of the wedding guests told the front desk it was her husband's birthday and asked if they would maybe put something in the room or just a bday note, and they said they would but when they showed up after check in nothing was there. I went with her to the front desk to remind them and they said they didn't see a note and didn't know, but would do something for him then. Again nothing was done, and only on the third reminder did they bring up a small square of chocolate 😑 The morning of check out, we had a normal check out time of 11am, but the cleaning crew came at 10am and tried to get into the room. I went to the door and told them we hadn't checked out yet and they said they would come back later, but I thought that was really odd since they could check and see we hadn't checked out. We had a wedding brunch to go to on Sunday morning which ran at the same time as check out, so we dropped off our bags at the front desk while we ate. When we took the tag back to the closet, nobody helped for almost ten minutes and eventually we had to go to the front desk. They called the guy over, but he couldn't find the bags and then asked us to go into the closet to find our own bags.

I just love this place. Been going here for a couple of years now for the annual holiday event. The location is great though the 3 min walk from parking to this place stopped our heart this time because of the winter chills but otherwise all good. The staff was very helpful. Very classic vibes overall once you step in . Feel Royal. The decorations during Christmas time are amazing. The art displayed is mesmerizing.

Would have got 5 stars if it wasn’t for the Worst Valet Service of all time !!! Below is my review for them… The WORST valet service I have experienced in my life !!! We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The hotel was amazing, the valet service was complete opposite. First thing is this valet service is works independent from the hotel and is a 3rd party service being used by the hotel. There are several guys working different shifts so I want to first start off my saying the young kid working with them was great and needs to find a job elsewhere where he is not associated with this group. The rest of the guys speak broken English or just don’t speak to you. This makes it really awkward in communicating with you. They come across rude and uninterested in helping you. When you are there to pick up they are rarely there at the desk to assist and you have to wait 10-15 min for them to randomly show up, we’ve had to have the hotel call them as they are no where to be found. Mostly there is one valet working at a time so if he’s grabbing one car be prepared to wait 15 min for them to get back and then another 15 min for them to get yours since they like to slowly stroll and take in the day while getting your car as they could care less about tips. When they do pull your car up they just leave it in the car and walk back inside and don’t even acknowledge you. The best thing about this situation was that we never had to tip because the complete removal of customer service. Sucks for the hotel to have their service ruin the service the hotel is trying to give.
