Lovely hotel and staff. We stayed here for the night after a disruption to the UK Air space. We arrived at 1 AM turkish time and were greeted by SUBHI he was really friendly and checked us all in very quickly so we could all get some sleep which we definitely needed after the disruption to our flight. The rooms were great, we had access to smart TV facilities and the amenities were very good. Breakfast was really good and the staff were on hand to help my mum who's elderly with her drinks and food. They put her at at ease and nothing was to much for them as they were very helpful. The staff at reception were very friendly, helpful and understanding of our situation.

I’m going to try to be fair here as we had an argument with the people at the reception that ruined the whole stay for us. We stayed for 4 days and it was such a shame that we couldn’t refund and leave. Some of the reviews here are mixing this hotel with Falcon hotel which is a hotel one street away but they’re two SEPARATE hotel. For the same amount of money, you can get a MUCHH better hotel in Antalya. They made our guest pay 40 dollars extra per night to stay with us in a tiny room in a hotel that is mediocre. We wouldn’t have minded paying that much if the hotel is worth it but it’s really not. The rooms are definitely tinier that they seem in the pictures. They’re made for two people maximum. We had an unexpected guest with us which they added a very uncomfortable extra bed for and that made the room impossible to walk around in. There was no space in the room, we couldn’t even open our bags. However, the rooms were clean and well kept. We didn’t like the fact that they put paper cups in the room for the coffee and tea because it’s tacky and it leaves a taste in the drink. As for the reception, every single time we entered, there was no one at the reception. You have to wait a bit for someone to notice you from the inside so they come out. There’s a lady at the reception that i didn’t get her name; she was really rude and didn’t speak proper English. When we told them that 40 dollars is too much for a night, she started yelling at us in Turkish which was so rude and unprofessional. After it, she kept an attitude for the next 3 days we were there for; she wouldn’t even look up to say good morning or say anything. The only staff members that were actually nice and helpful were the people at the breakfast and the cleaning ladies. They were always smiling and trying their best to communicate with us. Breakfast was very basic. Bread, eggs, vegetables and cereal. Location is good, it’s very close to the beach and close to a bus stop. Overall, for the price you pay here, you can find way better hotels where you can actually feel welcome and stress free :)
