We stayed for three nights at this hotel with all-inclusive package with the New Year party. The first thing that gets your attention, is the welcoming behaviour of the staff, especially the reception desk. Our room was in the first floor and its view was to the street , which was not bad, but a bit noisy. We could pay more for the view of the sea, which I think if you can book a room on higher floors and to the sea, you can experience a better stay. Rooms are clean and practical (everything thing you may need is available in the room, you can even have tea or coffee in your room), but our room (double room) was a little small. About the food I have to add the whole self-service lunch or dinner usually repeated every day and only one or two items would change from one day to another. The quality is good but to be honest, the food is not anything special there. Although I have to admit that their sweets are tasty and you can enjoy some Turkish sweets with nice, hot, black tea. About the drinks, you can choose between a wide range of drinks, but since there is no menu, you have to be sure about the beverage you want to drink, or have the capacity try different things on each other. As it was winter outdoor pools was not available and we have to use the indoor pool, the water was clean. One disadvantage of the Spa is that the water is not mineral, and they do not have any hot tub or jacuzzi. But friendly personnel who make you forget about the shortages. We wanted a bathrobe for use in Spa and the receptionist said they didn't have any. We have been told that the hotel has table tennis and there was only one table tennis in the yard, and if you want to use you have to wait. We have been told that the hotel has the privilege of a tennis court, and there is one tennis court in the hotel, but you have to coordinate with the school which rented the court and you can play tennis while they are not using it. The hotel has an equipped gym salon, which we enjoyed working with weights and a treadmill there. About the location, I have to say it has a good location if you are crasy about the sea, but if you want to leave hotel for a walk in the city, it alittle bit far from the old part of Antalya city. Overall, I can say, the staff were super friendly and nice. But everything else such as facilities or food are at medium range.

These are the things they do not tell you before you book - All inclusive is NOT all inclusive. - They have about 50-60 bottles on display in their bar ALL of which are not included in their "all inclusive." Obviously only on display to entice guests to pay extra. We were told there was only local brand gin, vodka whiskey, wine and beer included. Anything else was an extra cost. - Any common cocktail is an extra cost - Also, after 11pm ALL DRINKS AND FOOD ARE EXTRA I tried to ask for a tea after 11pm and was told I would have to pay. - Member of staff working at the bar is rude - You get 3 bottles of water in your room and any more is extra charge - There is only ONE iron in the hotel. If you want to iron your clothes you have to bring them down to the lobby and iron them yourself behind the reception desk like your part of the staff - very strange. - Get used to hearing no - most questions I asked, the answer was no. - There is no entertainment apart from a dj or a live band. Nothing to do after dinner - Time windows for meals are very narrow, only an hour and a half for lunch and two hours for dinner - and they stop replenishing food in the last half hour - meaning you really have to stick to their time schedules if you want to eat, and everyone is eating at the same time which makes the food hall extremely busy - on our last day there was nowhere to sit - we literally had to stand and wait with our food in our hands for someone to finish on a table. - During the winter period the pools are drained, places to sit outside are limited and the food is limited Rooms are nice and staff in food hall are nice

We didn't choose the hotel, got it in a package with dental treatment, though we left pleased with it. Absolutely delicious food and nice wine, good room service and fabulous snack bar with relaxing music and nice view. I gave 4 stars for service just because of couple rude bar staff members. But left really impressed with a bar girl Aysenur - friendly, helpful and professional staff member, could be an example for others. A special thanks to Mert Ali, another helpful person in the hotel. We would recommend this hotel for a nice holiday.

K good points. Beautiful views. Lots of security, very private. Good selection of food. Outdoor swimming pool freezing indoor pool cold. Hammam experience was nice Hygienie questionable in the spa area, and outside deck bar area. No point complaining about issues at reception on phone. They try to avoid the subject. Overall I loved the views. My wife and kids visited last month. All inclusive is your best option. They also have a night disco.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel, I would even go as far as saying it's probably the best hotel experience I've had! The location, service, cleanliness, food and anything else you can think of was just perfect and on point during our whole stay. Well done to the management for keeping such awesome control and hats off to ALL the workers for doing their part in making this a truly amazing place to stay! 👌🏼👍🏼🙌🏼
