Apartment well located and just as they appear in the photos but it is true that we were going with a girl and the elevator is located between floors, so you had to go up and down the car. And the same with the suitcases...No one tells us when to leave the apartment nor do they give you options to leave suitcases. The truth is that these two things have left a very bad taste in our mouths.

The apartment is comfortable and cozy even though it is interior, it has good lighting that makes up for it. Only one drawback, terrible phone coverage

Central location in the heart of Chuka neighborhood. Interior rooms without windows. Our room had a plumbing problem with noises every few minutes which disturbed sleep at night even when the shower and bedroom door was closed. Even after a visit by a maintenance person, the problem was not solved and it was said that it was a problem with the plumbing in the building. The owner of the apartment did not have an alternative apartment to give and there was no option to solve the problem. When we asked for compensation for the problem, we were told to write a good review and then they would check if they would give us any compensation. I would be careful about booking this apartment, some of the reviews may be sponsored...

We stayed in the apartment in the photo and it is just as it looks. Very complete kitchen: washing machine, microwave, combi refrigerator and dishwasher! (in this type of apartments there is usually not one). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed, there were even some basics: coffee, sugar, infusions and oil; There was also a dishwasher and a clean cloth and scouring pad. Perfect room with large and comfortable bed. Living room with very spacious sofa bed. Very close to the center on a fairly quiet street to be in the heart of Chueca: many trendy bars and restaurants nearby. When I return to Madrid I will repeat.
