I used this hotel for the first time in Nov 2023. First of all, this hotel is a capsule hotel, all the rooms/capsules do not have door with lock, they have roll up curtain or vertical sliding screen. No eating in rooms, floors except lobby floor are all quiet floor. With that being said, I found this hotel was a great value, hotels in Tokyo costs $150 CAD minimum, normally $170-300 depends on areas, this hotel is $50-160 CAD. If you are traveling by yourself and ok with capsule style hotel, I’d recommend. I stayed at first class room, it had bed, TV, desk, mirror, hangers, storage with lock. it was more than enough for me, as I only come back to hotel to shower and sleep. The room was located in female only floor, you need card key to go to the floor and also to enter capsule area. The best thing was bathroom. It was shared bath but spacious, I was so tired from long flight, I was able to relax after taking long bath. Not so great thing is elevator. There is only 1 elevator but it must stop at lobby floor. Which delays the elevator and you cannot go to your floor or go outside without stopping at lobby floor. Location is good and bad. Good, because you can use Shimbashi st, Toranomon st by foot. Bad, because the hotel is not so close to either of the station, it is 10-15min walk. I used rental bike, it is about 5min away by bike. The area is a bit away from main road, very quiet but gets dark at night. There are multiple convenience stores around. Service was minimal but nice. I’d definitely come back again!

The capsules are so hot and the air conditioning is so weak you can barely feel it if you place your hand over the vent. If you look at the vent closely you can see dust has sealed most of it. Also the way the capsule is designed the only way to get airflow is from the bottom since the curtain blocks the heat from getting out. I didn’t like where the luggage was stored because I felt like I was disturbing guests just from opening my luggage. I was on the 5th floor and the way the elevator works is that I must always go to the 6th floor before I can choose any other floor. I didn’t like that I need my room key card to use the bathroom.
