Rooms are very clean and nice. All toiletries are provided. Great location! I deducted 1 point because I found the room to be very small. But I am North American so I am accustomed to something much different. Everything was really good.

The worst hotel we stayed at in Japan. The money they charged for this subpar accommodation is ridiculous. First room we were given had mold along bathroom door frame (see pictures). The smell was nauseating. A smell of mold and smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room lingered. Extremely poor ventilation. We requested to change rooms. We changed to another floor however the second room was affected by the same issues. The smoke smell was so strong that I woke up with a migraine. In the second room, the bathtub was also starting to mold (see last photo). Rooms are outfitted with strange window between bathroom and bedroom, in the photo we have the blinds drawn but when we arrive you could see right into the bathroom from the bedroom. We only slept there for two out of our five night stay, due to the issues being too large to ignore. We had to check out early, the hotel was making me sick. I'm convinced some of these positive reviews must be fake. Pros : the employees are kind, this is no fault of them. They were accommodating and understanding.

The position of this hotel is excellent about 2 mins from the station in an area with lots of restaurants. The rooms are very small but comfortable and very well equipped, but please note apart from a couple of hangers clothes need to stay in the suitcase. The hotel has washers and an ice machine. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money

Hotel was located near to Toyko downtown core and short distance to the subway line. Hotel room was very clean and good quality. Would have enjoyed a bit bigger size room even considering Japan sizing. We had a bigger room staying at another Japan hotel further west in Japan. Aside from the smaller size, I would recommend as their front concierge was very friendly and can speak English.

A perfect hotel for people who plan on staying in a hotel to sleep only. It's REALLY close to a station with 5 lines! Just 1 min walk to the station, and you're also in the middle of the city. Although the rooms are small - which is normal for Japan- you can store your huge luggage under the bed. You got starbucks, mcdonalds, a pharmacy, and several convenience stores near you. Check out Ninja Tokyo restaurant! Really fun, and delicious food. There's a coin laundry in the hotel with vending machines next to it. The only downside is that there is no view, but I will 100% return to it again.
