Location is great for beach access and if you want a quieter location. The pool bar is great Staff were all friendly and went above and beyond when my 4 year old was upset about a thunderstorm and the indoor pool closing they gave her ice cream to cheer her up. It really needs some updating and repairs it has a lot of potential once all of that is done. But the room was clean. Great view from 3rd floor balcony . For the price you are really paying for the location, not the facility itself

Stayed 1 night in the 2 queen efficiency room with side view of the ocean and a kitchenette. This hotel is OLD and big. Can tell it is family oriented. Could definitely use a good facelift… but that’s so costly. Room was fine, carpet was a little damp. Overall our stay was fine. The beds were a little janky.. and the rooms could be set up a bit better. But, the balcony was spacious and the location is prime. I probably wouldn’t stay during summer (since it’s on boardwalk). But I’d stay again off season with the price point being so low. I door pool and hot tub were nice. Again, it’s an old property… but it was fine. Everyone I encountered staff wise were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling with my 2 kids (10 and 7) and my boyfriend.

I love the old character of this hotel. Yes it needs some updates so does the more popular hotels on the beach as well. My two bed 3rd floor room was very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice very family oriented the location via beach, boardwalk, nearby shopping excellent. So management if you read this my only gripe is staff needs to clean sweep the pool corners, grounds each night after closing. Another plus the poolside bar and short order mini restaurant I give a five star was 💯.

There were a few negatives about the hotel. The room was outdated and the rug in the hallways had an old smell. Additionally, the air conditioner did not work properly. However, there were several positives as well. The outside pool was clean and enjoyable. The bar and music provided a fun and convenient experience. Furthermore, the hotel was located across from the beach, and the balcony offered a great view of the pool and beach. Overall, if the hotel improved on its cleaning and updated the rooms, it would be a perfect place to stay.

Stay away save your money and stay elsewhere. The hallways and rooms have a smell like no other. The ac didn’t work in our room. They have a fan mounted to the wall to help keep it cool that has rust on it from being there so long. The owners clearly don’t care and only want to make money and not fix things or remodel at all. The online pictures are maybe from when it was a newer hotel only thing it has going for it was the location right on the boardwalk at the end which was nice and quiet but other than that stay out we will never return
