This is an older hotel with an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and a bar/cafe. The hot tubs were low on water but warm enough. The cafe food was good and staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff were not great as there was candy on the floor in the hallway for the 3 days I was there and wasn't cleaned up at all. Overall nice place with great beach access.

I'm not one that writes reviews, but I felt that this was something I should share. When I was looking for a hotel and decided on staying here it was due to the posted photos and reviews that I read. First the photos that I saw online were definitely not what was presented to us upon arrival. Shame on me for not leaving when I opened the door to the room. The room photos must have been a completely updated room. What we got was a ceiling in great need of repair, dirty floors that I had to use a towel to clean with. If I was management I would definitely do some inspections after room service was finished. Second the cleaning crew left bags of towels that were clean outside on the room deck which was in the walk way near the stairs, not sure if this was a common practice but it's definitely not what you should leave for guests to see. The pool was so cold nobody could use it, the hot tubs were not very clean. From what I could determine it appeared that the ocean side of the hotel was being taken care of by multiple staff members but never saw them cleaning the atrium side. Our stay was bad enough that we just left...a day early. What a waste. I'm sure I could continue but if I had to guess this will fall upon deaf ears to the ones that should make changes. Note to management.... Maybe spend more time cleaning the entire hotel to ensure the guests see Quality.

Stayed for a night. Oceanfront king room with a kitchen. Beach access from the balcony/deck. Great room. Clean. Spacious. Will be staying again this weekend for a longer time. Def loved this hotel. Indoor pool/atrium looked nice. The gym was nice- they actually had free weight dumbbells and not just old treadmills and other machines. Would recommend. And will be staying again.

We stayed for 4 nights during a " tropical depression" / Ophelia. The view of the ocean was terrific. Day 2 the door to the room would no longer lock due to winds etc. We made due since weather was bad & we didn't go out much. Sofa bed was smelly & full of stains which we overlooked to a degree until a furry visitor popped out 2xs in one evening!! Quite creepy since on the 4th floor!! We advised the front desk staff during check out....nothing was offered unfortunately just an apology by a shocked staff member! Great location & concept if only the rooms could be fully removed of " sour " couch & EXTERMINATED. The spray they use to freshen up the hallway carpets needs to GO too!! Upgrades needed to remove mold etc. Definitely NOT good for those w/asthma or anyone....We could feel it in our lungs even after we departed. It is also too bad that guests DO NOT follow rules to " NOT feed birds" from balcony. I tried to enjoy breakfast on patio and was overwhelmed by seagulls!! Our 1st night we had hopes for a return w/ extended family for 2024 however by check out we will NEVER return / recommend to others!! Too bad!!
