Incredible little hotel, beautiful dining area on 7th floor, reasonable pricing, convenient location, very friendly staff (despite my lack of español skills. 10/10 will stay again

Room was awful, dark carpet should've been removed a long time ago, wifi is absolutely atrocious, i had to use the data on my phone. Why say you have wifi when it doesn't work well? Front desk service is good, kitchen staff not so much, not polite.

Unfortunately, I cannot follow the positive reviews here. My first room was old and extremely noisy because of the adjacent street. Moreover, the WiFi did not work, and the toilet was very dirty. Hence, I requested a change of the room. However, the second one was not better at all. It was even louder, as it was located directly above a live-music bar. It was also freezing cold, and could only be heated by the very noisy A/C system. The WiFi didn't work either. At least the toilet was cleaner there (although it had a leakage making it drip-dropping all night long). I give two stars because of the convenient location within the city and the kind staff. The building itself has a lot of touristic potential, but it urgently needs a total makeover.

Federico and the rest of the team were the highlight of my stay in Santiago. They were super attentive, very open to conversation and laughs. Travelling as a solo female I found this place feel like home away from home. It is right in front of the Cerro Santa Lucia and it is conveniently located. Oh! There is a little bar on the first floor -Don Rodrigo- that is fun and has a safe environment for any girl traveling solo and wanting to have a dinner or a drink and then head to bed.They play the piano at night! Thank you Foresta Hotel!!
