Staff is very friendly and helpful. Public bathroom is a great. Location to a very close subway station is great. The AC was a bit too noisy and japanese pillows are not what I’m used to, so a couple of shortcomings there. Overall, I would recommend!

Fantastic hotel! Nice, clean, and modern rooms. Very close to shin okubo station which was super convenient and close enough to walk into Shinjuku if you wanted. We went into Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku with ease multiple times. The train station is close but the windows are so well insulated, it did not bother us while sleeping. Also, I never heard a single guest through the walls or the door. Amazingly quiet! Would stay here again!

Can't express how helpful and fantastic this hotel and the staff are. Wonderful amenities and even has a wheelchair you can borrow if you need. (This really saved our trip)

My friends and I stayed for three nights. It was a very short walk from the Shin Okubo station and close to many shops and restaurants. The staff, while a little low in English, were helpful, polite, and efficient. My room seemed a bit small (one bed), but it was well-designed and came with a lot of amenities. Good lighting. The lobby offered toiletries as well as a coffee/tea station. There was also a laundry area, microwave, vending machine, and ice machine on the second floor. But best of all was the public baths (separated for men and women). Perfect after a long day of walking around. My least favorite aspects were the pillows - they were abysmally small and thin, they might as well not be there. Also, you can hear the sound of the subway through the bathtub drain? I’d definitely consider staying here again.
