Good quality clean room. With washing machine and dryer. Great for us to clean up our clothes after the three days walk. Walking distance to the city, so we just park our car there and walk (more walk after three days of walks!)... The minus? Dealing with the receptionist at the start...

Have stayed in two studio rooms, neither had any views of note. My experience of the quality of service here was low and disinterested. One Studio room struggled with noise as it is directly on the main road in and out of Queenstown and Queenstown traffic is extreme. The other room was quiet but had no aircon or fan and was sweltering in the afternoon and until well into the morning that made sleeping very challenging. I note that the temperature in the main lobby was also sweltering - might explain the quality of service. Beds were both large and comfortable and rooms were also quite large. Overall this did not meet my expectations given its reported 4-Star rating. If you stay recommend enquiring carefully about location relative to street, presence of aircon, and views.

We had the studio room and it was fantastic! We had a spectacular view of the lake which was amazing during sunrise and sunset. There was heaps of room, and the bed was comfortable! There was a little kitchenette that we didn't get to use as much but perfect for reheating food we took home from our travel. We fully enjoyed the kettle and drinks provided. There was sufficient supplies in the bathroom as well and the heater was amazing and absolutely necessary during winter in Queenstown. Everything was clean, and I noticed that they arranged our rooms daily. I am aware there is an option to inform them if you do not wish to have the room cleaned on some days. The bathroom was also very clean when we came in, and it had sufficient space to leave our wet clothes hung inside too! Location was superb as I think we only walked 8-10 minutes to get to Queenstown CBD. They also offer spa bookings, however we were not able to utilize this as we were away the entire day. Hoping that they allow it to be booked till later in the future! Thank you to everyone who made our stay very comfortable!

The room was lovely, good view and great amenities. The shower pressure and head were perfect. The location was excellent, not too far from the CBD for us while also being a short drive from the shopping hub. The servicing was below average - each day the bins were emptied and any towels on the floor were replaced but that seemed to be it. The bathroom was gorgeous, but quite dirty when we arrived and remained dirty during our stay. There was a bit of a hike from the carparks to the room, and the stairs were very slippery in the rain so make sure you take care when carrying your baggage. The lounge was uncomfortable. It's a sofa bed which probably explains why. The bed was two singles pushed together which made it uncomfortable to try to snuggle my partner. It was quite expensive, throughout our travels in NZ we stayed in nicer places for cheaper.
