Very nice hotel. Very convenient location. I liked the breakfast, the croissants were super tasty. Our room was cozy, but with a view on another building (I guess it's Venice's thing). They provide mini-set of a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, and lotion (don't forget your shampoo and conditioner)

Perfect hotel for a longer stay in Venice. Perfectly located if you want to have a super short walk after arriving and when leaving Venice. Perfect to enjoy longer strolls around the beautiful small streets and canals of Venice to get to all the sights seeing spots. Every corner of this city is worth a picture. You can walk around this city all day without getting tired of its beauty. Rooms were perfectly fine, great room service. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices, coffee was amazing!! Would always come back here next time :)

We recently stayed for 2 days with my family. We were upgraded to canal view room. The front desk staff is nice and friendly, service with a smile, which is particularly important in hotel industry. Great location, very near to train, bus, taxi station. The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean, well-organized, comfortable. Breakfast is decent and delicious, lots of good options, nice relaxing garden, the girl who served is pleasant and helpful. Thanks a lot to all the staff and housekeeping. We truly enjoyed staying in your hotel. Very highly recommended.

The Hotel is located close to the Venice train station and we chose this place because it was walking distance to the area port where a tourism congress took place. The property is very well maintained and in full Venetian style, rich of gold touches, appliques and paintings. The room is nice and the bathroom is quite large. The heating system was very efficient, the complimentary bottles of water are a nice touch. The cleaning staff does a good job, however I suggest to use sponge hand towels instead of cotton ones because the latter get soaked in mere seconds opposed to the sponge ones. The people working at the front desk may be a bit more attentive and deliver a better check - in experience, but they are really nice whatsoever. Breakfast buffet is good, but I suggest to them to offer as well more egg options (only hard boiled gets a little bit tiring) and more salty options. The location is good to explore Venice, it's 20mins from Rialto and 30mins from St.Mark's square and nearby there are different restaurants and bars.
