Amazing people, the staff were accommodating and helpful, they even offered early check in without us asking. Centrally located, short walk to tourist attractions, and nearest tram stop is 350m away. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, there is also a lovely coffee shop downstairs of the hotel and a convenience store across the street. However hotel does not have lift/elevator but the staff is more than happy to carry your heavy suitcase up to your room. Room were not big but it was very clean, filled with basic amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, safe, slippers, kettle but there was no fridge, but the hotel were happy to store our champagne for us in their cafe fridge without hesitation. We stayed during new year celebration and surprisingly with being so close to everything , I had goodnight sleeps at this place but we did have room with sort of a courtyard view but we don’t mind.

This place is incredible value. Staff are beyond helpful, rooms are decent & Karaköy is the best area of the city for incredible restaurants. Some of the best vegetarian restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. Great sights close by. HIGHLY recommend this place for tourists

First time visiting Istanbul with my good friend. We were so happy to start our trip here. The hotel owner and staff were very welcoming and gave us endless tips and even toured us around. Great location with lots of restaurants just outside the hotel. Live music can be easily found and you’re only a few blocks from the waterfront. Room was clean and quiet. No elevator, so plan on getting some steps!

We had an amazing experience at the hotel, thank you to staff especially to Ufuk ( owner ) who was very helpful and welcoming - offering us tea every time we are at the hotel :) and he organized with other staff to get us a cab at 8 am to the airport with good price. The hotel in a great area - right in the middle of the Karikoy neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to anywhere you want to go. Tons of cafes and restaurants right across the street. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul :)

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic area! I had a great experience here for 5 nights. The location is perfect - right in the middle of the Karikoy neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to anywhere you want to go. Tons of cafes, bars, and restaurants right across the street. (Check out NATO restaurant!) Ufuk (owner) was fantastic and really welcoming, as was the rest of the staff who helped me get a cab at 6am to the airport - not an easy task for a tourist. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul!
