Lovely hotel in a great location. Main pool is heated which makes using it an absolute pleasure to use. There are also two smaller pools on the roof and two smaller ground pools. We asked to move room and the reception staff were very helpful. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned every day with towels replaced. Every member of staff has been very nice and also gone out of their way to make our stay very pleasant

Stayed here with friends for a week January 2024,. The hotel doesn’t look much from the road, but once inside the reception area is lovely very clean and shiny we had a easy check in with friendly helpful staff. Our room was 1195 although clean it was dated and in need of decorating, the bathroom had no window or xpelair so once we’d had a shower it was dripping in condensation and we couldn’t use the mirror or hairdryer. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms We stayed bed and breakfast the breakfast was lovely , there was a omelette station, and a chef cooking eggs plenty of variety everything you could possibly want . It has to be said the adult only roof top area is great, two pools and a bar we were up there every day I love Costa Adeje and would return to this hotel

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety to choose from. The employees are very helpful and kind. Beautiful pool and entertainment with music. Only backside the cockroach at the entrance door during the night. Kindly try solving this problem. We frequently visit the outdoor bar to listen to music, and I will get back to this review and remove this last comment once the issue is solved. Thanks for the lovely stay

All round great holiday, from the cleanliness of the hotel to the location which allowed you to be away from the busy areas or it was a short walk if you wanted busy. The staff in the hotel were great and always helpful (we had a small issue with the room - which was rectified immediately). The hotel offers quiet if you need it and always activity during the day or at night if you wanted that. Shout out to Johnny and the animation team who were great.

We are mid way through our holiday at the GF Fanabe and cannot fault it. We are a party of 6 adults and 2 children and everyone is well catered for. The hotel is spotless. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Lots of entertainment for all ages. The kids pool and play park are fantastic. Staff are so friendly, they are always happy to help. My daughter who is 5 had a fall which required a trip to the Dentist, the reception staff especially Suzy were fantastic in assisting us to locate a dentist that was opened at the weekend and contacted them prior to us attending. We would definitely book this hotel again.
