Probably the best resort we’ve ever been. If there’s one word which could describe it overall is IMPECABLE. The best of it was definitely the staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. We just want to mention Monica, Linda and Ana at the reception desk for being just amazing, they answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Location is just great with a beautiful beach just in front of the hotel. The pools were kept very clean. Our room was great and the room service ladies did an amazing job having our room sparkling. We were very sad when we left but looking forward to another visit.

I absolutely love this hotel. We have been coming here three years in a row and we are coming back next year. Love everything about the place, the food is very good. The rooms are clean. And the people who is working there is so nice.

First time to this Riu and to Tenerife. Room lovely, garden room on first floor . Rooms as expected,clean,comfortable and spacious. Pool areas clean lovely but disappointed pool bars close in evenings,such a shame as it would have been nice to enjoy the area at sunset. Restaurant good ,although I think bottled water should be provided with meals as standard. The hotel is run to perfection,all staff work hard to keep this place to the standard it is and everyone should be proud of that at Riu. Special shout out to Fatima,what a lovely waitress. Also safe use in a 5 star hotel should be standard. Adeje is a pretty area so all in all I would return to tenerife and this hotel.
