We stayed in a private apartment which was situated on floor 3, perfect room with good fresh decoration kept to a high standard and is equipped with everything you can think of including books to read/ towels even a shopping trolley to stock up from the local shop . Elevator available all week .Club Atlantis as with many on the island is on a hill however,it is only 5 mins from everything you need for a great holiday. Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful.Everywhere is clean and tidy . Issues : air con is switched off by the hotel in autumn so even though there is currently a mini heatwave no aircon was available . There is a slight issue with sunbeds. You cannot reserve them which you would think was great and the pool attendant unlocks the beds stacks at 10am . but you will have to que to get one and they do que early also from 9am you can see people placing towels on the ground where they intend to place the beds and they all set up the beds and go back off to breakfast or about their day so still you can end up without a sunbed even though they are empty most of the day . There is a pool bar /Cafe. Food looks good but it can get busy and with only 1 cooking and 1 serving I did notice long wait times when busy . The area is perfect with bars and restraunts a plenty . Make sure you try the slow boat Chinese/Las Olas/ sun inn/ deli delights

Great apartment big pools( very cold lol) Quiet hotel, lovely staff. Pool bar staff are great. Great sea views.

All rooms that are owned by hotel are dated. Wood-chip style walls, wicker units, lack of power points. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and clean. Rooms at front of hotel get no sun at all so they are cold n dull. Reception staff unhelpful. Every morning theres a tussle for sunbeds and all pool rules are broken. Aggressive sunbed snatch once they are unlocked, not friendly atmosphere👎

Would rate it a 4,5 stars. The food was very nice, a lot of choice, generally something there for everyone at breakfast and dinner. Lunch only has a few options. The staff are very kind, really a plus point of the hotel. The pool is very nice, you can get your own parasol and there are enough sun beds for everyone. The hotel is also very close to the beach, which is really nice. The room was clean and had a large fridge. Downside is there is only WiFi in the lobby, not in the room, and we had 2 single beds instead of 1 big bed. All in all I would recommend HOVIMA Atlantis.
