August 2023. We had a reservation on a business trip together with my colleague. We were allocated a room with one double bed. The staff is very rude. They considered our requests to change room unfounded. According to the hotel staff, it was not a problem for two strangers men to sleep in one bed. We were also made a quarrel because a friend brought a mattress from the pool to the room to sleep on the floor. We had to return the mattress. I will never go back there again. At check-in, they require you to write down your bank card number in the paper form. Why? Don't believe the good reviews. The hotel offers free drinks for writing a 5 star review.

We stayed as part of a tour. The hotel is pretty from the outside. Pool and bar are nice. Room was large but had twin beds with rock hard mattresses. Our rooms were also across from a vacant lot that was kinda trashy and we had to risk our lives walking on the road to the market and bus stop. There is no sidewalk and drivers are insane! However, it was the away from the main city area so it was quiet at night.

Don’t book a standard room, actually, don’t book here at all. The beds are the worst you will ever experience. Decoration of the room is 1980. Hotel lacks athmosphere. Reception has a sign that offers you a free drink if you leave a good review. Cheers to the ones who left a good review of this hotel. Too bad you give a wrong impression. For sure no one ever returns here.

Our group, consist almost 40pax stayed in this hotel, we request to have breakfast at 7.00am because we need to cath up a ferry tomorrow very early. However the receptionist were don't even bother to assist our needs regarding the breakfast, she was simply not care at all and refuse carelessly. In the end, we had to alter our ferry time, just to be able to get the breakfast that already include in our reservation. Not even a breakfast box can be provided to us. When we request an engineer to assist us for the air conditioner operation, the way he knocked our door were so loud and so fierced. No coffee or tea were provided in the room. This definately will be our last stay in this hotel. If you come to Mykonos, my reccomendation is to choose another hotel value for your money.

The Hotel is very beautiful , proper rooms with a big outdoorpool, thats great. the rooms have air conditioners and a cold fridge. The view there is amazing and to walk about 20minutes to the city center. Basically its a very good Hotelresort but the problem is that the Employees there are extremly unfriendly, arrogant and disrespectful. Especially one Employee called SOFIA was one of the worst , arrogantest and disrespectfulest Persons I have ever met in a Hotel. I am so much travelling and saw a lot but this Woman thinks she is better than everyone and doesnt know how to Speak with Tourists, unbelievable
