Nice hotel in the heart of the city near to everything . Old building but very clean, calm and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and service. The food in the restaurant Trattoria Santo Stefano is delicious.

The single room wasn't huge but big enough, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. The best thing was how central the hotel is and still so quiet. Heard no noise from the city and still just meters from the dome square.

It was my first time in Vienna and I absolutely picked the right place to stay with Graben Hotel. It was a perfect location on a lovely street near the center, public transit, and all of the tourist sites. The place is like living in a slice of history. Very clean room with proper amenities, delicious breakfast, a nice treat with the traditional Viennese soda. I think any other city would have charged twice the price for this booking! I also mistakenly arrived early for my reservation and they granted me an early check in to a room since one was available - I am so grateful! The staff was wonderfully nice and I look forward to staying here my next time in Wien!

Liked · Graben Hotel is a hotel with history at a great location. Even though the lobby and some rooms might be smaller, our room was spacious and had a separate bath and toilet, it was adequately equipped (air-conditioning, storage places) but with just a tiny TV though. This is not a problem however, as we did not spend too much time in the hotel and were walking around Vienna all day. There is also a very good restaurant in the hotel, which offers a rich breakfast. We would definitely visit again. Disliked · Some hotel equipment is due for an upgrade (the mentioned TV, some furniture). Some rooms are quite small.
