For the price of the hotel and amenities offered, it is a solid four stars. The rooms were very nice and had quality washing soaps. The breakfast was also very good and offered a good selection of food items. Service from the staff was amazing. Everyone was nice and friendly. The one star drop for me is the gym; weights were ok, nothing really heavy, and the machines were hit or miss. The location was amazing, and you could walk to just about any place in the area. Would I stay here again, absolutely.

Nice hotel, actually one of our favourites when we visit Bucharest. Very well located, right in the middle of the city, within a walking distance from several attractions and the old city. Good restaurant, very tasty food and really friendly staff, especially Georgiana, who was our waiter for a nice family dinner. Will come again and again.

A big disappointment for a Novotel hotel. Disappointed by the bathroom. New Year's period full of visitors one elevator was out of order. The other 2 were very slow so very big que. The New Year's dinner was extremely expensive. The pool was very small and noicy. At least they had very nice breakfast and good service.

Great location, very frienly staff, delicious breakfasts and a good SPA area. Very nice restaurant in the lobby - tasty food and great service. Nevertheless, the venue itself needs to be renovated - rooms are rather outworn, swimming pool in the SPA needs cleaning. Description of room and photos are a little bit confusing (some show that executive room has a separate semi-room with the table, but it's not).
