The service staff were really good. Seder and his assistants were proactive, attentive and just overall caring. One of the guys came at 430 am to help us with luggage proactively. They helped with booking the balloon and the Turkish nights etc. Great and proactive arrangements The location is excellent. Close to the town center and.easy walking back and forth. Overall all the pics in the site look far better than the actual place. So be ready for some.dissapointment. it's not that the rooms are shabby, but they don't look mint condition and I have a decent tolerance. My biggest issue was that the room just stunk of dampness and there was this musty smell constantly. My bed was lined up against a wall as well and it was just unpleasant. Had to sleep with the windows open to let in some fresh air and so ended up with a massive cold by the end of the trip. Very damp and dingy essentially. Some of the pics of the valley etc are not even there in the actual hotel. So grest job at marketing it and they try and make up for it with great service. But they really need to get their rooms tip top.. Breakfast is just about ok. Nothing great to speak off. They can definitely improve the quality although the server tries very hard.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms are very small, a larger sized person won’t be able to use the toilet such is the small gap between shower and wall which is where toilet is situated. Internet is very bad. The room cleaners are extremely noisy from 7am everyday and woke us up everyday with there loud banging! Pool area is nice however prices for drinks and food are a massive rip off!! So expensive! I hated that the hotel allows non guests to use the pool, better to stay somewhere else cheaper and then go use the pool here for free! Guests were laundry there clothes and hanging them to dry outside other people’s rooms, including underwear. Was so disgusting to see it when we left our rooms each day! Breakfast at this hotel is for Arabs, western nationalities won’t like it. No toast, no fried eggs, bad coffee.

Convenient location to catch the balloons in the morning sunrise. Although at the heart of the city, it was by the edges allowing some privacy and distance from the bustle of the crowd. The service was friendly and they helped with booking our activities and transport to Istanbul.

The hotel is located at the end of the goreme town but its still only 5 minutes walk to the centre from the hotel. Parking available. The hotel is divided in two parts, pool/reception/restaurant on one side of the road, the rooms on the other side. The standard rooms are smalls and the washrooms are even smaller and are not up to the mark. The shower doors are faulty causing water to splash out in the washroom. The washrooms stays wet and is not great to use. Cant comment on the air conditioning as goreme was cold when i went. Internet was okayish. The hotel has a great pool and is open to swimming but only during day time. Note that outsiders are also allowed access to the pool. They also serve food and drinks by the pool if you order but is super expensive. They don’t have a proper terrace to view the balloons but the sunset point is close to hike to. The complimentary breakfast is served from 830-1030 in the morning & is really nice. Something new everyday. The staff is really nice, they guide you about the available tours but the company they suggest is a little expensive when compared to other options available in goreme. Overall its an okay stay, i got an extremely low priced deal so it was fine for me.
