If you come to Cappadocia, I highly recommend staying in this hotel because of the great location. It's very near to many cafes and restaurants plus small shops for souvenirs. The rooms inside the hotel are very unique and very warm. Because we went during a small snow storm it was very relaxing sitting inside the cave room. Their breakfast was delicious and all the hotel staff are friendly people. The hotel has an amazing view. Very exceptional hotel !

We had a wonderful stay at Hera Caves. The rooms were large and extremely clean. The beds comfortable. The decor was beautiful! The employees were extremely helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Cappadoccia.

This hotel was an amazing place to stay for Christmas. They care so much about the comfort of their guests and make an extra effort to provide great service. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean.

Fast check-in with very friendly receptionist and bellboy. Nice clean rooms, with every day changing towels and cleaning. One of the nights, I had a problem with the wifi connection but it was solved in 5 min after a phone call to reception. Breakfast was good, the food quality and the variety, not too crowded with very nice staff members, always smiling, attentive and polite. Every night there was a fireplace in the yard which made romantic mood for the guests. Night time was quiet so you can relax very good. 6-8 minutes walking down the street and you are in the center of Goreme. Definitely recommend the hotel.
