An excellent hotel, located one minute from the Toledo metro station and the main shopping street. safe area. Walking distance of about 10 minutes to the market area and the pizza street. Across the street there is a supermarket The service at the hotel was excellent, whether if it was at the front desk who recommended places, helped with navigation or whether it was the breakfast service and even the housekeeping, The room was clean and tidy. comfortable bed. Breakfast on the 9th floor was very good combined with an amazing view, the meal was one of the best in Europe in my opinion. Highly recommend this hotel! Many thanks to all the hotel staff.

Breakfast area is on top floor. It is HUGH & staff is very attentive. Incredible selection. All windows so gorgeous view of the town,sunset, etc.Just outside the eating area is further viewing, comfortable tables & chairs. Stunning. Highly recommend.

What a gem of a hotel! Right in the heart of Napoli city center. Room and service are top notch at this hotel. They went above and beyond welcoming us. They have an incredible rooftop restaurant, where you can have breakfast and dinner. Food as as you’d expect being at any hotel. Worth the value. Views of the city from the balcony were some of our highlights. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes walking around the city and easy access to all restaurants and shops! Can’t wait to be back!

The location is great. One block off of Via Toledo, a lively street filled with shops and a major thoroughfare. Staff are professional and friendly. They provided us with recommendations for good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel as well as directions to the central funicular for a visit to Castel Sant'Elmo. Breakfast was very good (scrambled eggs could have been warmer) and the both the city and Bay of Naples view from the 9th floor dining room was great.
