Every view from the hotel is stunning. The pool has the best view we have ever seen and is very peaceful. The staff around the pool and restaurant are very kind and attentive. There's plenty of beautiful spots dotted round the hotel so you can always find a great place to relax. The breakfast was great and we were always welcomed with a friendly smile. The rooms were big, airy and clean. The location is perfect, just a quick 5m walk into the main strip but far away enough that you don't get any noise pollution. A very beautiful and luxurious stay - thank you!

On the face of it a lovely hotel and looks very impressive as you walk in. The layout is a bit odd but that’s mainly due to (I assume) how they’ve had to extend it on side of a cliff and different rooms will have different experiences. We paid for sea view but this was only very partial sea view as blocked by building in front of us. The room was a god size with high ceilings but missing little touches you expect considering the price. The bath has no tap so have to fill up by the shower head, very few toiletries. Breakfast was always a nice experience and location is a short 5 minute walk to centre so easy to get to and from.

This hotel was well located – away from the bustle but close enough to walk. The hotel facilities are beautiful and luxurious. The staff was attentive during our entire stay and they went above and beyond for our honeymoon. Having pools to wind down was very nice since we had been moving around for almost 2 weeks by then. Reasonably-priced, would highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel, a little dated if you are after something modern but this is what adds to the charm! I would not have it any other way. What fantastic staff the hotel have. From Roberta at front desk and co, to Guido, Ericka who waited on us at breakfast as well as by the poolside. I cannot possibly remember all names but everyone was amazing. We also had a wonderful housekeeper. I would come back to simply bask in this type of hospitality. It is a rarity. The cascading pools, the gardens and the views are absolutely stunning.

First time coming up the hill to the hotel you can tell this is luxury with a family feel. The details were thought of for awe-inspiring, job dropping reactions. Every turn revealed another wow moment. The staff speak a beautiful Italian laced English and they attempt to anticipate needs. Breakfast with a view of the ocean, mountains and vesuvius on a clear day can't be beat. The pool is refreshing in the heat as it's cold but not unbearable. If the water isn't your thing, put on some sunscreen and order a pizza and a beer poolside. Venturing out is safe, walk down the hill and there are no shortage of places to pop into for a small gift or snack.
