Review for people traveling with babies. This was the best hotel on our vacation. It had a nice and clean baby play pen. Everyone was always very friendly, especially in the breakfast area. They had a very good breakfast with many things to choose from. Cappuccinos were very good! It had a very beautiful view. Sorrento was a cute town and definitely recommended!

Great hotel, awesome location. Good sized rooms. Booked on Hotel Tonight and got a nice deal. We especially enjoyed the excellent hospitality. Shout out to Rocco the breakfast manager who welcomed us with warmth and genuine kindness each morning. He also makes one hell of a cappuccino. Definitely recommend!

Good location, Best service, and Special care taken for vegan and vegetarian food. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and great staff. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. A lovely and great first impression of the hotel. When we entered the hotel, Stefano was excellent and provided us with the best service. At their restaurant, Rocco provides us with the best service. Special needs are considered for vegan and vegetarian guests. He was highly eager to make sure we got everything, considering our dietary requirements. He provided excellent service. Room was clean with all amenities we needed (even a bottle of something as a present for our honeymoon!) Morning clean and a turn down in the evening was very welcome. Air con was fantastic and cold. Roller shutters on the outside of the room was amazing for sleep! Staff are helpful. The pool is great and pool bar staff are very nice. Location is phenomenal. Maybe 1 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We didn't stay in this hotel, but the majority of the wedding party did. As the grooms party we had a great at at this hotel on the morning of the wedding but they did try to charge us to use the facilities even for just 1 hour which was a bit disappointing considering we had a huge amount of wedding guests staying here, along with the groom. We only wanted to spend 2 hours in the morning here with the groom before his wedding. Either way, this hotel has lovely rooms, the service was good when we did get into the hotel & the location for anyone visiting Sorrento is perfect.
