The room is quite small, but it has everything you need for a good night's sleep. View from the window to the street, but you could sleep undisturbed at night. The bathroom is small, it is not comfortable for people with long legs (like me) to sit on the toilet seat, because the knees press against the shower cabin. There is shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and an empty fridge - not even a single bottle of water. the breakfast offer is not too wide, but enough so that each person can find something tasty for breakfast. Minus - the elevator, which was closest to my room, did not stop at the first floor where my room was located, which was especially inconvenient on the day of arrival and day of departure as I had heavy luggage.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this 4-star hotel in Rome. The staff's attitude was shockingly rude, and their service was abysmal. It's astonishing that a place claiming to offer luxury could fall so short in basic customer service. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value respectful treatment and quality service during your trip.

This hotel cannot even be 2-star hotel. The rooms are dirty, and the hotel services, including room service, are poor. The security is lacking as the room doors can be easily opened by anyone with a hotel card. Moreover, the location is very far from the center of Rome, costing at least 15-20€ by taxi to reach the center. If you opt for public transportation, you'll need at least 1 hour to reach the nearest tourist attractions. Adding to all of this, the staff is incredibly bad and rude.

Very dissatisfied from this hotel for so many reasons: 1. The staff are very rude, ignorant, never helpful. Specially the receptionists, they couldn’t be more ignorant and rude to the people they seek basic information or help. 2. The security is Awfully bad. We had people getting into our room with their cards while we were in for 3 times a day. 3. Despite the rooms were small, they were very dirty and muddy. The walls of the bathrooms were rotten. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I don’t recommend this hotel for many I’ll list some below: 1. It’s too far away from the center and has nothing interesting around it 2. The rooms are too small and too dirty especially the shower for a place claiming to be a 4 star hotel 3. The staff are rude and unfriendly 4. They had breakfast but it was very bad it’s better if they just cancel it.
