Dangerous and unfriendly hotel. THIS HOTEL POWER SUPPLY UNSTABLE and “MAYBE INCREASED FIRE RISK” I FEEL FORCED TO ACCEPT UNEQUAL TREATMENT. Check in date : Oct 20, 2023 Check out : Oct 22, 2023 Check in service : looks Indian origin lady I would define this hotel as "unsafe" and "unfriendly" and do not recommend it for travelers. Upon checking in, we found the room to be very cold with no heating. We immediately informed the hotel front desk, but they said it would take half an hour. After half an hour, we informed them again, and they sent someone to fix it, but there was no improvement. We told them we would go for dinner and hoped it would be fixed when we returned. After about an hour, we returned to the room and found that the hotel had placed a portable heater in the room. I immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, but they gave me room #214 to see if I wanted to switch. It turned out to be a smaller room, with lower ceilings, windows under renovation, and almost like a loft room. I was forced to accept the original room for one night. The next morning, while taking a shower, the room suddenly lost power. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to check, but they couldn't solve the issue or find the cause. We suspected that there were other rooms on the same floor with the same problem. Without electricity, they finally replaced it with another larger room on the same floor, but when we entered, we found the same problem, and the room was even colder. The response was the same - we needed to wait another half an hour. While waiting, we boiled water in a kettle, hoping to have a hot drink to warm ourselves. As a result, the room lost power again. We called the front desk, and the same male staff member checked and restored the power after resetting the circuit breaker. In the end, we accepted this room because at least the bathroom floor was warm, which was better than the previous room. We could open the bathroom door at night to regulate the temperature while sleeping. As a result, both my wife and I caught a cold on the third day. Due to the cold, it severely affected us and required more energy to complete our upcoming travel itinerary. In the case of continuous power outages without finding the cause, I strongly suspect the hotel's electrical wiring. It may not be able to handle the load during winter, resulting in reduced heating or even shut down. Therefore, I would not recommend staying at this unsafe hotel, where you may be awakened by fire alarms in the middle of the night. Of course, I'm not sure if the hotel's fire alarms are expired or ineffective due to electrical issues.

Location is good, but while it advertises itself as a hotel with a SPA, this is misleading. The SPA is different company and we were not allowed to use it because they were fully booked. Whats the point of booking and paying for a hotel with a spa if hotel guests do not take priority to external visitors? And we were not even told they require you to book access to the spa in advance. Disappointing, misleading and not quite what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Reception was sympathetic but in a useless “ I am so sorry, but not much I can do” kind of way. Disappointing
