5/5 check-in experience, thanks to the excellent service provided by Jakob! This is my second stay at this hotel, both times they treated me very good as a Platinum member, especially this second time. They offer free parking as well, which is unheard off in the city! Will from now on only book this hotel when I'm in the city.

Stayed there for 1 night and can really recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice and quiet area and close to both bus and tram services, also walked to the central train station Oslo S from the hotel which takes you through the Royal Palace gardens/castle area. The beds are sooo comfy, the rooms with the high ceiling’s where really 10/10. Breakfast was more than good enough. Both check-in and check-out process was smooth, the staff really know how to make their guests feel welcome with a friendly smile, (heads up to the trainee girl who gave great info regarding getting around Oslo, so helpful and friendly) Would definatley book here again.

Great hotel located in a really nice and quiet area in Oslo. Only 15minutes walk from the city center. Really friendly staff and spacious rooms that were designed well and clean. Small but good breakfast, it has everything you need to start off your day, but it is smaller than on the bigger hotels. But I was happy with the selection they had and as a bonus I’ve probably never had better coffee at a hotel before. I recommend Hotel Saga for both business and pleasure.

Wonderful location in very nice suburb with wine bars, designer clothes, architecture… Marius is the manager- welcoming, helpful & good management of staff. Nice breakfast in the basement. Well-designed rooms with espresso machines. My only irritation was that outside our room 211 were 3 large metal carts with clean linen. I would go back! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
